Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or tampered with cannot be returned.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if you wish to try a different style or length.

All our wigs are made from 100% raw Vietnamese human hair. Due to the natural sourcing of the hair, slight variations in color, texture, and density may occur. We recommend following our wig care guide for the best longevity. Deluxe Tresses by Del is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, coloring, or chemical treatments performed after purchase.
